Interdisciplinary approach
We work across teams and pursue a holistic 360° approach in our work. We not only design our projects ourselves, we also implement them. This means that many different people are involved in the success of the projects!
Remote & On-Site
We value spending time together and putting our heads together. At the same time, we live trust-based working hours and flexibility. Our framework is the 3:2 model (3 days HO, 2 days office). You can decide how you want to work.
International & Open
Our team based in Germany and in four other countries, and our corporate language is English. Whether you have a Gaming & Esports background or come from a completely different industry - we value new perspectives and the experiences of the people in the team.

The short answer: YES! The extended answer: Whether you have a Gaming & Esports background or not, we are primarily looking for great people who want to contribute to our team. In some positions, however, we may require more knowledge as the role demands it. We make this transparent in our job descriptions

Yes! Above all, we are looking for people who are curious and have a drive to create. We are not looking for someone with a blueprint

We do! For different lengths of time and in different constellations, depending on the project and scope. If you are interested in working with us, please send us an unsolicited application and make it clear that you would like to work as a freelancer. Work samples are very welcome.

Our standard process includes 3 recruiting steps:


  • 1. Getting to know hiring Manager from People & Culture
  • 2. Technical interview with the respective team
  • 3. Office visit & getting to know the management

Does the process differ depending on the position? Sometimes.


The process for jobs in Design, Consulting and Social Media include a small case study that you are given to work on after the first successful Interview. You will present your results in the 2nd interview. But don't worry, you will be given enough time for this as we just want to find out more about your approach and skills.

The most important thing is your updated CV. We want to get the full picture of you, so other documents such as a cover letter, work samples and references are also helpful, but not a must. A small exception: Design jobs require work sample, as we would like to get a neutral picture of you, we do not attach any importance to application photos
